Hair wasn’t something men paid attention to, partly because for a long time, the haircut industry was dominated by women. Gordon Logan saw an opportunity and thrust himself into the tangled mess that is the world of men, and thus sport clips was born. Gordon founded Sport Clips Haircuts in 1993 and opened its doors with the goal of providing men and boys a haircut experience similar to how women enjoy their time at a salon.

How long does a haircut take at Sport Clips?
Your visit to Sport Clips will give you an impression that we do everything as efficient as possible. We care about our time as much as our customers do with their own. Our stylists aim to finish the task in 20 to 30 minutes maximum without compromising quality.
We want to set proper expectations that this time frame varies depending on the type of service you avail. We will not unnecessarily shorten or lengthen the amount of time that is appropriate for the service provided. (i.e. for a triple Triple Play, the whole process will take more time than a regular men’s or women’s haircut.) Feel free to take things at your pace. Relax and entertain yourself by watching a football match on TV, or browse through our magazines. Your next haircut may be on GQ’s cover or Esquire, even.
Our hair stylists may not be as fast as Konstantinos Koutopis, who set the world record for fastest haircut at 47.17 seconds, but we know how to make you feel like you achieved a world record.
We have a small gift for veterans too! On Veteran’s Day, they can get a free haircut. Best to call the nearest Sport Clips for more information on this offer.
